Yup, sounds like too much unhealthy living. Eat more green salads and fewer chips, lay off the booze and chew a small piece of pickled ginger twice a day. That should help.

Pete. Think man. And you call yourself a sailor. Remeber when it happened before. JC had said he wanted to go over to the other side of Galilee and promptly fell asleep. A storm blew up and you thought you were going to die. What did He do when you woke Him up. He rebuked the wind; the storm subsided and ALL WAS CALM, including your stomach!!!. As you have been crucified with Him, and you no longer live but He lives in you, do the same thing and rebuke the wind. It might also help if you didn't have the Full English breakfast every morning. Try half a croissant in stead.
