hehehe. I can't help but comment on this entry. I haven't yet decided personally about the whole fought over/rescued thing myself. sometimes, even though I'm female - I totally feel like a knight -champion of the weak and defender of justice. In any future relationship - I'm looking forward to a more shared balance of power then evidenced in the whole lancelot-gwenuivere episode... I appreciate you bringing this up because - I think, the whole knight and shinning armor thing and romance with Gwenivere - is a very powerful reminder of our neediness for intimacy and soul- satisfaction. ultimately, though, as human beings, God alone can fullfil our deepest longings - the craving of our souls. Thank you for your (as always) thought-proking journal entries - I've enjoyed them immensely. :)
